Recently,the implementation plan for expanding the pilot scope of salary system reform in public hospitals was issued.According to the plan,our province will expand the pilot scope of salary system reform in public hospitals,and expand the pilot scope to all cities divided into districts in our province based on the existing three pilot cities of Baoji,Yan'an and Hanzhong.
 
According to the plan,at least one public hospital will be selected to carry out the pilot reform of salary system in the newly incorporated city divided into districts.Pilot cities should formulate implementation plans for pilot work,summarize pilot experience in time,encourage pilot hospitals to actively explore,and promote the reform of medical treatment,medical insurance and medical linkage.
 
It is understood that the time limit for this pilot project is one year.In order to explore the establishment of the salary system of public hospitals which is in line with the characteristics of the medical industry and embodies the knowledge value orientation,and to promote the establishment of incentive mechanism for more work,better performance pay.(source:Shaanxi daily)
